Ingredients
- Filling:
- Crust
- 1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crust *
- 3 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- Mix together & press into 10" spring form pan
- 1 lb. regular cream cheese
- 1 lb fat free cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- pinch of salt
- 4 large eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese & Splenda until well mixed & smooth. Add lime juice & a pinch of salt, beat until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition.
Pour filling over crust & bake 50-60 min. or until slightly firm to the touch. Let cool 15-20 min before placing in the fridge. Refrigerate 4-6 hrs before serving.
