- 4 green onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 big tomato
- 4 small mango
- Cilantro
- Lemon juice
- Sea salt & Black ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
•Gather all your ingredients together and have your serving bowl aside
•Chop all your ingredients: green onion, red & green bell pepper onion, tomatos, cilantro, mangos
•add lemon juice and combine all the ingredients together and add sea salt and black pepper for taste
•Bake swai fillet fish never fry if dieting, bake for 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until ready
•add 3 bay leafs seasoned with lemon and sea salt and pepper and pop in the oven in a foil
