Homemade Swedish Potato Sausage

Homemade from scratch-if you have the time and can find the casings, it is wonderful!

Ingredients

• 2 # pork sausage
• 1/2 # round steak
• small piece of onion
• 7 medium size red potatoes
• salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grind meat, potatoes, and onion together 3 times. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Put casings in cold water and let the cold water run through the casing before stuffing. Stuff meat mixture into casing.
