Ingredients
- 2/3 c flax meal
- 1/3 c almond meal
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Optional can add crushed thyme, sage, oregano, rosemary or cinnamon to taste
- Water to make the batter pourable

Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat the eggs together. Mix all ingredients and pour into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until baked through.
