Ingredients
- For cream cheese icing:
- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 tables. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 sticks buter (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
preheat oven to 375
In a mixing bowl add butter, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Unfold 1 puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured work surface.
Spread 2/3 of butter mixture on the pastry.
Roll pastry into log. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut log into 6 slices and place on prepared sheet.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes untill puffed and golden brown.
Frosting:
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine the remaining butter mixture and 4 oz cream cheese and stir ntil combined. Drizzle the warm frosting over cinnamon rolls, top with pecans and serve.
