Ingredients

  • ● 4 Brats, cut into thirds
  • ● 1 lb. small red potatoes, cut in half
  • ● 1 jumbo onion, cut into 12 wedges
  • ● 2 red and/or yellow peppers, cut lengthwise into 8 pieces
  • 1-2 yellow zucchini
  • ● 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ● 1/2 tsp salt
  • ● 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Nature's Seasoning to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 450℉. Combine brats potatoes and onions and coat in roasting pan. Roast 15 minutes then add peppers and zucchini. Roast about another 15 to 20 min til potatoes are fork tender. (Potatoes tend to cook better if upside down and on bottom of pan. Stir once halfway through.
