Chicken Tetrazzini in Crockpot 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or scalded milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together, adding the chunks of chicken last. Just before serving cook thin spaghetti or angel hair, drain and toss with a little bit of butter. Stir gently into the crock pot mixture and serve. Serves four. It you are using a 5 quart slow cooker, double the quantities. Great for a summer dinner party.
