Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 dozen eggs
- Cheddar Cheese
- Herbs of choice (chives, thyme)
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until brown but not crisp.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray non-stick muffin pans or ramekins with Pam. Wrap a slice of bacon around the inside of the cup and put pieces of bacon at the bottom. Break an egg inside the bacon cup and top with salt and pepper. Add cheese and herbs and bacon until set, about 15 minutes.
