Ingredients
- 1 QUART OF CHICKEN STOCK
- 4 POTATOES, PEELED AND DICED (I USED A FEW MORE)
- 2 ONIONS, DICED
- 1 CUP CELERY, DICED
- 1-1/2 CUPS LIGHT CREAM
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1/2 CUP PARSLEY
- 1 TABLESPOON FRESH DILL OR 1-1/2 TABLESPOON DILL WEED
- 2 CANS OF CREAMED CORN (I ADDED SOME CANNED WHOLE CORN TO MAKE SOUP THICKER)

IN LARGE STOCK POT COMBINE CHICKEN STOCK, POTATOES, ONIONS AND CELERY.
COOK TO TENDER AND ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS.
