Ingredients

  • 7 oz elbow macaroni (2 C uncooked)
  • 2 C small curd reduced fat cottage cheese
  • 1 C lite sour cream
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 3 1/2 oz each low fat
  • Velveeta and low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook macaroni according to directions; drain well
2. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper. Stir in shredded cheeses and mix well; stir in cooked macaroni
3. Pour into sprayed 9 X 9 pan; sprinkle with paprika
4. Bake at 350° for 45 min.
