Ingredients
- 7 oz elbow macaroni (2 C uncooked)
- 2 C small curd reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1 C lite sour cream
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 3 1/2 oz each low fat
- Velveeta and low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook macaroni according to directions; drain well
2. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper. Stir in shredded cheeses and mix well; stir in cooked macaroni
3. Pour into sprayed 9 X 9 pan; sprinkle with paprika
4. Bake at 350° for 45 min.
