Ingredients
- 1/4 c quick cook oats
- 1 egg (sub 1/4 egg beaters for less calories)
- small handful of blueberries
- 1 T mile for added moistness

Step 1
Mix it all up in a coffee mug. Put in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn't overflow. Add and extra 30 seconds if it needs to firm up.
