Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 individual packets of Quaker Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar - (packed)
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon extract
- 1/4 cup raisins, optional
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 15- by 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
Combine oats, oatmeal, flour, and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in juice, butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon extract; toss well to coat. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, tossing once halfway through. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Stir in raisins and coconut.
