Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, cubed (can use pork chops or canned pork)
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can diced jalapenos
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork in oil. Add flour. Stir until pork is coated and flour is brown. Put the pork and all remaining ingredients in the crock pot and simmer until pork is soft.
Cook 3 to 4 hours on high OR 6 to 7 hours on low (best).
