Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 4 eggs room temp
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean scraped out and use the black seeds
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. preheat oven to 350
2. cream butter and sugar until fluffy about 3-5 min
3. add eggs and beat another two min
4. cut the vanilla bean into two and scrape out the innards. add the mixture, beat for 1 minute
5. whisk flour, baking powder, salt and chips together in a seperate bowl.
6. add to the batter stop when the batter is blended
7 whip heavy cream in a cold bowl until soft peaks form, fold into batter
8.pour into tins 3/4 full
9. bake 20-25 min using toothpick test
10. cool for 5 minutes before racking
Marshmellow Icing
1 cup unsalted butter room temp
5 oz crisco
2 cups marshmallows
2 tsp vanilla
10 graham crackers
cream butgter and crisco together. melt marshmallowsin micro for 30 seconds, then stir. repeat until thoroughly melted. Whip melted marshmallows in blender or mixer until they are fluffy about 2 minutes. Add vanillla mix until combined. Add b utter mixture andbeat until fluffy about 2 min. Frost cooled cakes, crush graham crackers, and sprinkle on top
