Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. dried thyme leaves
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken broth, cornstarch, salt, pepper & thyme; mix well.
Heat olive oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until almost done.
Add onions to skillet - stir-fry till crisp tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add asparagus and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth mixture and bring to a boil. Add chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through and asparagus are tender.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for one minute or till they're hot.
