Ingredients
- 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups or 3 sticks unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tlbs. vanilla
- 1 12oz. package or 2 cups real semi sweet chocolate chunks or chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder,and baking soda. Set aside.
Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed. Reduce speed to low. Beat, gradually adding flour mixture, until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chunks or chips.
Use small ice cream scoop and fill almost doubled. Makes 80 cookies. Bake for 14 minutes 17 minutes if frozen.
