Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 5 cups peaches, sliced
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 TBS flour
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBS butter
- 1/4 c water
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBS soft butter
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
FILLING: Combine ingredients together in greased baking dish. Dot top with butter.
TOPPING: Combine ingredients together and drop evening over filling.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned on top.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
NOTE: Can also use CRUMB TOPPING (see recipe) for TOPPING.
