Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely chopped Oreo Cookies (about 7 cookies)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chocolate-covered mint patties
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 4 drops green food colouring
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE chopped cookies and mint patties; set aside.
POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, stir food colouring into whipped topping until well blended.
LAYER 2 Tbsp. pudding and 1 Tbsp. each whipped topping and cookie mixture in each of eight dessert glasses. Repeat layers. Refrigerate at least 30 min. before serving. Store any leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
