Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 t soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- 1 T butternut flavoring
- 1 T lemon
Details
Cooking time 65mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs one at a time mixing 1 minute after each.
Sift all purpose flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar.
Mix buttermilk and flavorings.
Add dry and liquid alternately.
Bake at 300 degrees for 65 minutes or until done.
