  • 1 egg
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt

Step 1

Place flour on large cutting board or countertop. Form a well and add egg. Beat egg with prongs of upside down fork. Add EVOO and salt. Slowly incorporate flour from the edges. Mix together until you form dough.
