Step 1
Take a toasted waffle and cut in half. Then put a wooden stick in them and freeze them. Then melt 4 c semisweet chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip frozen waffles in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper lined backing sheet. Can also put on sprinkles or whatever.
