Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1-8oz. bottle clam juice
  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1 Teasp parsley flakes
  • 1/2-3/4 light cream

Step 1



Simmer onion and butter for 5 mins. Stir in flour then stir in clam juice, minced clams and parsley flakes.
Simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in light cream, preheated. salt to taste, ganish with paprika
