Ingredients

  • 1 package Jiffy Yello cake mix
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 8oz package Softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 20 oz Can of crushed pinapple
  • 1 8 oz Can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 12 oz Carton of cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Make cake as directed on package i n a thin layer in a 9x 13 pan. Bake 12x 15 minutes and let cool in pan.
Make pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk
Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup of milk
Drain pineapple well
Add cream cheese and pudding mix and mix well. Spread mixture over cooled cake. Sprinkle crushed pineapple over the pudding/cream cheese mixture. Spread cool whip over the top and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
1/2 package of any yello cake mix can be used if no jiffy cake mix but cake will be a little
thicker
