Ingredients
- For sauce:
- 1-1/2 Lb. salmon filet
- Mesquite seasoning to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 lemon – juiced
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
- Jamaican jerk sauce to taste

Step 1
Salmon can be cut into serving portions or left whole. Season fish liberally with mesquite seasoning and lemon pepper. Let stand for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan adding lemon juice and heavy cream. Add jerk seasoning to taste; keep warm.
Bake salmon at 400 for approx.. 20 minutes or grill for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve sauce on the side.
