Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Greese 4, 8 oz ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Melt 1 (8 oz) package semisweet chocolate squares that have been chopped with 1/2 c unsalted butter over low heat, stirring often, Cool mixture slightly. Then beat 3 large eggs at medium speed with electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add 1/4 c sugar, beating 5 minutes or until volume is increased four times. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture, pour into ramikins. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for at least 10 minutes, dust with powdered sugar. Can top with strawberrries, blueberries or raspberries.
