Ingredients
- 6 lbs chicken - whole or parts
- 3 C water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 rib celery
- T minced parsely

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into serving pieces
2. Place in 6 quart cooker with rest of the ingredients; close cover securely
3. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 20 min at 15 lbs. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
4. Shred meat when cool if desired; strain stock and save for another use.
