Ingredients

  • 1 , 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed ham
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 6 cups chicken broth (or bouillon and water)
  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp garlic puree (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/2 bunch kale, stems removed

Step 1

Melt cream cheese in pot with broth fully before adding ingredients. Add sliced potato and chopped onion to pot. Add cubed ham to pot. Season with garlic and red pepper. After potato is tender, add kale (stems removed). Allow kale to tenderize before serving.
