Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cut up
- 2 small onions, cut up
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 6 diced potatoes
- 3 , 6 1/2 oz minced clams with liquid
- 1 teasp. pepper
- 1 teasp thyme
- 2 stalks celery
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 quart clamato
- 3 cups tomato juice

Preparation
Step 1
In dutch oven, cook bacon until crisp and save drippings. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Saute for 5 mins
Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Add tomato juice and clams.
