SEVEN UP SALAD

A cool lime colored melt-in-your-mouth goodness.

Ingredients

• 1 cup seven up soft drink (or other)
• 2 cups small marshmallows
• 3 oz. lime flavored gelatin
• 8 oz. cream cheese, cut up
• 14 oz. crushed pineapple, with juice
• 1 cup whipping cream (or 1 env. topping)
• 1/2 cup salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Put seven up and marshmallows into medium saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat to melt marshmallows.

Stir in gelatin to dissolve. Add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in pineapple. Chill until syrupy.

Whip cream until stiff. Add salad dressing. Fold into thickened jelly. Pour into mold or pretty serving bowl. Chill.
