- 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED WHITE RICE
- GROUND PORK (1 lb.)
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup chopped snow peas
- 1 cup SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Step 1
SAUTE MUSHROOMS IN SKILLET THEN ADD MEAT
SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add meat; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until cooked through, turning or stirring meat after 5 min.
ADD liquid and rice; mix well. Bring to boil.
CAN THICKEN WITH CORNSTARCH SLURRY
STIR in remaining ingredients; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
