CAKEY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Kids love these cookes as they are soft in the middle, cakey.

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 cups flouor
• 1/2 tsp. soda
• 14 Tbsp. (1-3/4 sticks) unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. coarse salt
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.

Bake until centers are set and edges are golden, 10 to 12 minutes.

Store air tight container at room temperature for one week.
