DAD'S COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 c. margarine
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 c. fine coconut
• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. rolled oats
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut, flour, rolled oats, baking soda and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Form small balls and put on well greased sheets. Flatten cookies with a fork dipped in milk.

Bake at 350 F. until golden brown.
