Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 3/4 cup 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 2 1/2 cups 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups 2 cups grated zucchini

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour milk.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Mix together.

Gently fold in zucchini.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes
