MOM'S BROWN BUTTER ICING

Love this recipe. Mom used to put on top of spice cake on the farm.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter until light brown.

Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
