Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 tbls red onion, diced
  • 1 tbls celery, diced
  • 1 tbls parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbls fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbls capers, chopped
  • 1 tbls caper juice, from the jar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt, kosher
  • Cayenne pepper, pinch
  • White pepper, pinch
  • I really don't think it needs salt because it tasted a little too salty to me.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and mix thoroughly until combined. Pulse 1/2 the mixture in food processor and pulse until all ingredients are blended. Combine the puree mix into the original bowl and stir well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Sauce is best made the night before to allow the flavors to develop.
