Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter or hard margarine, softened
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour milk (1 tbsp vinegar, plus vinegar)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Pour hot water over cocoa in large bowl. Stir until smooth.
Add remaining 8 ingredients. Beat on low to moisten. Pour batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes. An inserted wooden pick should come out clean. Cool. Ice with chocolate icing.
