Homemade Pizza

Wonderful fresh flavors cooked on a Pizza Stone in your Gas or Weber Barbeque, This particular day I made 8 small pizza's and froze 4 to be used for appetizers later on...

Ingredients

• Any combination of:
• Pizza Dough
• Slow Roasted Roma Tomatoes - instead of sauce
• mozzarella,
• arugula,
• basil,
• crumbled goat cheese,
• feta cheese
• proscuitto,
• sopresatta,
• chicken or pork sausage,
• garlic,
• salt and pepper
• pepper flakes
• parmesean
• fresh tomato slices

Step 1

Trader Joe's and I am sure other stores, sell pre-made dough, ...divide into three small balls and form into individual pizza's,
add any combo of toppngs using roasted tomatoes as the base, and bake on pizza stone sprinkled with corn meal in your barbeque for approx. 10 to 12 min at about 400 deg.
