- 6-15 Roma tomatoes sliced the long ways each into four slices
- Garlic chopped,
- Rosemary sprigs
- oregano and/or basil
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper

roast tomato slices in oven at 200 deg. topped with olive oil, balsamic, rosemary, garlic and oregano and /or basil – all fresh, salt and pepper, 3-4 hours
