  • Rosemary sprigs
  • oregano and/or basil
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

roast tomato slices in oven at 200 deg. topped with olive oil, balsamic, rosemary, garlic and oregano and /or basil – all fresh, salt and pepper, 3-4 hours
