Ingredients
- 1 pound of sausage or hamburger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- can use spaghetti sauce
- 24 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 cup parmeasan cheese
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Brown meat, drain, add rest-boil, simmer 15 mintues, 10 oz. lasanga noodles (cook, drain, rinse, drain)
Combine:
24 ounces cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup parmeasan cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
Layer meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, cheese, sauce noodles, mixture, cheese.
