Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 c sliced celery
- 1 c chopped onion
- 2 t minced garlic
- 4 c water
- 2 med red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 c frozen corn
- 1 1/2 c uncooked small shell pasta
- 4 pickled jalapeno slices
- 4 c V8 juice
- 2 cans(10oz ea)diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 to 2 T sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a Dutch oven brown the meat celery and onion over med heat. Add garlic; cook 1 min longer. Drain and stir in the water, potatoes, corn, pasta and jalapeno.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 min or until pasta is tender. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
