Ingredients
- small box lasagne noodles
- 2 cups mozzerela cheese
- large carton cottage cheese
- 3 eggs beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup parmessan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lb each hot Italian sausage and ground round browned
- 1 regular can crushed tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomatoes paste
- 2 table spoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup red wine

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat , tomatoes and paste, seasoning, wine in a crock pot for 6 hours
cook and drain noodles
spray Pam in 9x13 dish
line half noodles
half cottage cheese mixture
half cooked meat mixture
half mozzerela cheese
repeat
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees and let stand to firm 15 minutes
