Blend eggs with 2 Tbsp. water; set aside. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook, stirring gently, until firm. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add shrimp and soy sauce; cook, stirring, until mixture is well blended and heated through. Better then the local carry out and easy to make!
Turned out well, and easy to make! Not as salty as wok carry-outs either!
Very good, will make again with peas :) thank you for listing
fast & easy! I added some chopped zucchini w/the green onions & after dinner I was thinking some chopped carrot would of been good too.
Will make this again...made a few changes. I used half veg oil and half sesame oil to fry (this added some flavor) also put the shrimp plus some chicken in a food processor to cut it up some. Great for texture! Loved it!
Great way to use up leftover rice. I added peas and diced carrots as well. Delicious and so simple!
Really delish! I added stir fry vegetables (you can get stir fry mixed vegetabes in the frozen food aisle) and more soy sauce than the recipe called for.
