Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Jalapeno
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese Softenend
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 6 Slices Bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Wearing gloves slice the jalapenos lengthwise into halves. Discard the seeds and veins. Rinse the chilies. Combine the cheeses, bacon, salt and chili powder in a bowl and mix well.
Stuff each chili with approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture rounding the top. Coat with the cracker crumbs. Arrange cheese side up in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes for hot poppers, 30 minutes for medium hot poppers and 40 minutes for mild poppers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
