Ingredients
- 4-6 white fish fillets, flounder, fluke etc.
- 4 qts water
- salt aand pepper
- thyme
- bay leaves
- peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine.
- 3 lg onions
- 8 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lb. 12 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 10oz. can beef consomme
- 1 cup ketchup
- 8 sprigs parsley
- 2 Tbsp. worsteshire sauce
- 2 teasp. lemon juice
- 2 lbs. peeled diced potatoes
- 6 carrots chopped
- A good dose of Sherry Peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer white fillets in water with salt, pepper, thyme bay leaves oeooercirbsm garlic.
Saute onions, celery. Add tomatoes and beef consommme. Simmer 1/2 hr. and add to fish.
Add ketchup, parsley, worsteshire sauce, lemon juice,potatoes and carrots
Add Sherry peppers and Simmer 3 1/2 hrs.
