Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C flour
- 8 C. hot water
- 2 lbs. ground sirloin
- 2 T. beef boullion granules
- 1 C. onions, chopped
- 1 C. carrots, diced
- 1 C. celery, sliced
- 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 T. Accent (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in stock pot.
Blend in flour to make a smooth paste.
Gradually add hot water a little at a time, whisking it smooth as you go.
Simmer until smooth.
Saute beef in a large skillet and drain off fat.
Add meat, boullion, all vegetables and seasonings to saucepan.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked.
