Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Kirkland Signature Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Kirkland Signature pure sea salt
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Signature organic cane sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Kirkland Signature organic virgin coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 1 TBSP Kirkland Signature organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Signature walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Whisk together egg, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a spray-coated or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Cool and transfer to a wire rack.
