Ingredients
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground meat - beef or turkey
- 1 med. oinion, diced
- 2 tblsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted
- 14 oz can reduced sodium beef broth
- 15 oz kidney beans
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet - add beef, onion, chili powder & cinnamon
Cook, stirring & breaking up lumps w/spoon, until onion softens - about 5 min.
Stir in tomatoes & broth, bring to a boil,
Reduce heat to a lively simmer & cook, stirring frequently until sauce is thickened - 15 min
Stir in beans and all but 2 tblsp cilantro - Cook until heated thru - 1 min
Pour chili over pasta
