Ingredients
- Salad:
- 4 cups (3 to 4 large) shredded carrots
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 tsp brown or white sugar
- 1 tsp chopped fresh or dried parsley
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery seed

Step 1
In large bowl combine all ingredients for dressing. Add carrots and zucchini and toss lightly to mix well. Refrigerate. Toss before serving.
