  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Bread crumbs

Step 1

Saute the onions, mushrooms and zucchini; add tomatoes and season. Cook until nearly done. Place in an ovenproof dish and cover generously with bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 - 375 F) for 20 to 30 minutes.
